Mahogany.  Carved and curved serpentine front framed by canted corners, a robustly shaped top and bracket feet.  Inlaid stringing delineates the feet and hand-fitted drawer corners. The crotch-grained mahogany drawers is book-matched to the solid mahogany front.  Flat surfaces are inlaid with husks, paterae and rosettes.  Interior wood is yellow pine.
